Why French Women Don’t Get Fat

What is it about French women’s diets that allow them to eat anything they want? They eat all that bread, cheese, and red wine, and still not get fat. I am in awe!

If you visit France one of the things that will amaze you is how thin the women are. And, they seem to eat whatever they want without any worry! They look elegant, classy and thin!!

A French lifestyle is all about food, with five-course meals twice a day, dessert and red wine. It seems there is no concern over counting calories or skipping carbs. So, how do they remain slim?

The principles of this French way of eating are:

High intake of extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, fresh fruits (as snacks or dessert), whole grains (unrefined), legumes, and nuts.

Moderate intake of fish, seafood, poultry, and dairy (mainly raw cheese and fresh yoghurt), and red wine.

Low intake of red meat, processed meat, and sweets.


The French Paleo System is divided into 2 phases.

You can start the French Paleo Burn diet, with a Cheat Day (eat what you want) or jump straight in. It’s up to you!

Every week in Phase 1 You will every week in Phase one with a cheat day.

After the cheat day, you will complete another week of Phase 1, and finish that week with another cheat day.

Continue this cycle until you have reached your goal weight. It is that simple.

When your goal is reached, you will enter Phase 2.
